How do I get started?

Download Crit from the App Store, sign in with Apple, and upload a PDF presentation. You'll get 3 free critiques with Crit Lite — no credit card required.

What file formats does Crit accept?

Crit accepts PDF files up to 20 slides. Export your deck as a PDF from Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides before uploading.

Is my deck content stored?

No. Your deck content is processed once to generate your critique and is never stored on our servers. We take your privacy seriously — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Crit Pro subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Crit.

I was charged but the app shows Lite. What do I do?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status. If the issue persists, contact us below.

The critique returned an error. What happened?

This is usually a temporary network issue. Check your internet connection and tap Try Again. If the problem continues, contact us with details about what happened.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data immediately.
